What is Leadership Circle Profile™?
The LCP is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains — Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies — and integrates this information so that key opportunities for development immediately rise to the surface.
The LCP 360° assessment is built on the LCP’s universal model of leadership that has theoretical underpinnings supported by latest research on leadership and adult development.
Unlike a personality test, LCP uniquely combines 360-degree feedback from peers with a deep evaluation of your leadership skills, attitudes, influence, and effectiveness. It provides a holistic view of how you’re perceived, highlighting your strengths and development opportunities.

Is the feedback confidential?
Yes, all feedback is completely confidential. We report scores as group averages to protect individual identities.
Does gathering feedback take a lot of time?
Each profile takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. Respondents can save their progress and return later, allowing maximum flexibility.

How does the LCP 360 Assessment compare to other 360 assessments?

Is the LCP available for teams?
It’s best to start with individual LCP 360 assessments. Each person completes their LCP, and your coach helps everyone work through their results individually and as a team. You’ll evaluate your effectiveness, how your organisation views you, and what you need to focus on collectively as a leadership team. We call this an LCP team project.
There’s also a Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA) that takes these learnings further with a powerful gap analysis to help teams reach their goals. However, starting with individual LCP assessments is recommended before moving to team work. For CLA, both virtual and live workshops are available, with live sessions featuring the famous LCP mat!
Can we use this profile as part of our performance appraisal process?
No. The Leadership Circle Profile is meant for developmental learning. It measures internal belief structures and produces powerful and vulnerable information, so confidentiality is crucial. Additionally, it focuses on leadership abilities, not on-the-job performance measured in reviews. We recommend the participating manager seek feedback on their results and discuss their learnings from the Profile with their boss.
