Debrief & Coaching Session
A personalised 2-hour debriefing & coaching session designed to unpack your profile that results in an actionable development plan:
- Complete the online assessment: Each leader completes a research-validated questionnaire built on the Vision, Alignment, and Execution model

How it works
DiSC® Explained
Whether you’re an individual leader or taking a whole team through the experience, the process starts the same way:
We start by understanding your team's requirements. Team members then take the Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders assessment. Once the assessment is complete. they'll receive a personalised DiSC® profile which we'll debrief together in a one-to-one session or team workshop. Individual or team, participants leave with practical, personalised strategies they can put to work straight away.
Complete the assessment
An online questionnaire that takes 15-20 minutes. Powered by 40+ years of research, each Everything DiSC assessment combines adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms to deliver precise insights to each participant.
Receive the profile
A personalised, easy-to-read 23-page report which dives into behavioural style, priorities, motivators, and how to adapt to a colleague’s style. People gain insight into their own preferences and tendencies, learn more about relating to others, and receive actionable strategies to help them improve interactions with others.
Debrief or workshop
Individuals go through a focused 2-hour debrief with ICF PCC accredited coach, Johnny Hammond. Teams attend a facilitated workshop, delivered in person, virtually, or as part of an offsite.
The Follow-Up tools

Johnny Hammond is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and DiSC® Certified Trainer with over 30 years working across start-ups and scale-ups, including senior leadership roles at fast-growing tech companies. Since founding his coaching practice, he’s worked with founders, senior leaders, and their teams across the UK, Europe, and beyond, bringing real commercial experience to every DiSC® workshop and debrief.

What is Everything DiSC Work of Leaders and how does it work?
It's a personalised leadership assessment and debrief built around one model: Vision, Alignment, and Execution. You complete an online questionnaire, receive a 23-page report on your leadership style, then work through the results in a coaching session or team workshop to build a practical development plan.
How is Work of Leaders different from Everything DiSC Workplace or Management?
Everything DiSC Workplace focuses on general workplace communication and collaboration. Everything DiSC Management looks at the one-to-one relationship between a manager and the people they manage. Work of Leaders is built specifically around the one-to-many relationship of leading a team or organisation, using the Vision, Alignment, and Execution model.
Who is Everything DiSC Work of Leaders for, individuals or teams?
Both. We offer it as a 1-2-1 debrief and coaching session for individual leaders, and as a team or group workshop for leadership teams wanting to develop a shared language for how they lead together.
Do participants need to retake the assessment if they've already done DiSC Workplace?
Yes. Work of Leaders uses its own leadership-specific assessment and produces a separate, leadership-focused report. Existing DiSC data doesn't carry across between products, though anyone who's done DiSC Workplace before will already be familiar with the underlying model.
What's the difference between the 1-2-1 debrief and the team workshop?
The 1-2-1 debrief is a two-hour coaching session built around your individual profile and development plan. The team workshop is a group session exploring how the whole team's styles show up in Vision, Alignment, and Execution, with collaborative exercises and shared action planning.
