How the EQ Coaching Programme works

Step 1 

I start by having you complete an EQ-i 2.0 Assessment. This will highlight your strengths and point to areas you can explore and develop to further your emotional intelligence.  It will also give you a detailed picture of how balanced your 15 EQ competencies are. 

Step 2

We’ll then have a debriefing session to review your results to better understand what they mean for you both personally and professionally.

Step 3

I believe that a single session required to review the results of your EQ-i 2.0 is not enough. To truly optimise your EQ-i, I offer a package of follow-up coaching sessions. During these sessions, we’ll create a client-led plan that is right for you.  Consistent one-to-one coaching sessions help to ensure continued progress towards reaching your goals.
