We all go through transitions in our lives. They often cause us to reflect and ask, ‘Who am I?’ ‘What’s important to me?’ What’s my purpose?’ and, ‘What do I want from my future?’ 

Life and career transitions can often be challenging and confusing, we can feel stuck and have a sense that ‘things just don’t feel right’ or that we’re ‘out of alignment with ourselves. They can be a period of re-evaluation or re-assessment, exploration and looking for something more from life. However, they’re also an opportunity for positive personal development and growth.

My Transition Coaching programme is for Senior Professionals, Leaders and Entrepreneurs established in their careers, who are in life or career transition and asking themselves ‘what’s next?’

I also have a transition programme tailored to those thinking of starting a new business.


I have an Integrated person-centred coaching approach, drawing on a blend of Transformational Coaching, NLP and Positive Psychology Coaching (strengths based coaching).



I have recently enhanced my transition programme by becoming a Licensed Firework Career Transition Coach and have integrated their proven framework into my transition work with clients. Their framework has been carefully tailored using research into best practice in career evaluation and transition, and is backed-up my own experience as a life and transition coach.

The programme is an immersive experience that aims to help you take a journey from uncertainty about your present career and not knowing what your next step might be, through to having a clear vision of a career that feels absolutely right to you, and a plan for how to create it.

My transition coaching programme is typically 8 to 12 sessions, with sessions every week or fortnight, depending on your requirements. All sessions are online and hosted via Zoom. I work with a UK and international client base with coaching slots available subject to time zone availability (I’m based in the UK).

First 90 Days Coaching Programme

For those transitioning into a new Leadership role, I offer a First 90 days programme. This includes 6 sessions of 90 mins to 2hrs over 90 days to help new executive hires accelerate their integration into a new role or current executives transitioning to a new role/promotion.

All programmes include:

  • Initial chemistry and discovery session
  • DiSC assessment & debriefing (for career transitions)
  • Assignment Workbooks
  • Online coaching sessions via Zoom
  • Email communication

What if I have a good idea of what I want to do next in my career?

Instead of a 12 week programme, I have a shorter 8 week programme for clients who know what they want to do or have a pretty good idea of what they want to do next in their career.

I need to get a new job as soon as possible, is this programme right for me?

No, this programme is an immersive journey of self discovery and is designed for people who want to take the time to reflect on the next chapter of their working lives.

How long is the programme?

I offer either a 12 week programme for people who are not sure or don’t know what they want to do next in their career or an 8 week programme for people who know what they want to do next. I also offer optional monthly progress check-in sessions after you’ve completed your programme with me.

Do you have in-person sessions?

Not at the moment. All of my coaching sessions are currently online using Zoom video conference calls.
