How it works
How Everything DiSC® Workplace works for your team
Whether you’re an individual leader or taking a whole team through the experience, the process starts the same way:
We start by understanding your team's requirements. Team members then take the Everything DiSC® Workplace assessment. Once the assessment is complete. they'll receive a personalised DiSC® profile which we'll debrief together in a one-to-one session or team workshop. Individual or team, participants leave with practical, personalised strategies they can put to work straight away.
Complete the assessment
An online questionnaire that takes 15-20 minutes. Powered by 40+ years of research, each Everything DiSC assessment combines adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms to deliver precise insights to each participant.
Receive the profile
A personalised, easy-to-read 20-page report which dives into behavioural style, priorities, motivators, and how to adapt to a colleague’s style. People gain insight into their own preferences and tendencies, learn more about relating to others, and receive actionable strategies to help them improve interactions with others.
Debrief or workshop
Individuals go through a focused 2-hour debrief with ICF PCC accredited coach, Johnny Hammond. Teams attend a facilitated workshop, delivered in person, virtually, or as part of an offsite. We'll also explore the Group Culture Report, which gives a team-level view of how your combined styles shape the way you work together.
The Follow-Up tools
A suite of follow-up resources makes lasting behaviour change possible by keeping Everything DiSC® alive in the workplace. Participants can go deeper into their DiSC style, get real-world tips for connecting with colleagues, and gain insight into their team’s or department’s DiSC culture.

Johnny Hammond is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and DiSC® Certified Trainer with over 30 years working across start-ups and scale-ups, including senior leadership roles at fast-growing tech companies. Since founding his coaching practice, he’s worked with founders, senior leaders, and their teams across the UK, Europe, and beyond, bringing real commercial experience to every DiSC® workshop and debrief.

What is Everything DiSC® Workplace and how is it different from other personality tools?
It's a research-validated behavioural assessment, not a personality type test. Rather than putting people in a fixed box, it maps behavioural preferences across four core styles, giving people a practical, non-judgemental picture of how they and their colleagues tend to show up at work.
Is DiSC like Myers-Briggs (MBTI)?
Both are behavioural tools, but they work quite differently. MBTI categorises people into 16 fixed personality types based on four binary preferences. Everything DiSC® places individuals on a continuous circle, reflecting the reality that most people are a blend of styles and that context matters. DiSC is also built specifically for workplace application, which makes it particularly practical for teams, managers, and leaders.
Can the assessment be gamed?
Everything DiSC® uses computerised adaptive testing, which makes it resistant to strategic answering. The assessment is also entirely non-evaluative, so there are no "better" or "worse" styles and genuinely no incentive to try. Most participants find that answering honestly produces the most useful and accurate results.
Is this suitable for teams that have never done psychometrics before?
Absolutely. Everything DiSC® Workplace is designed to be accessible and engaging regardless of prior experience, which is why it's consistently the most popular first psychometric experience for teams.
What's the difference between Everything DiSC® Workplace and the other DiSC products?
Workplace is the foundation of the DiSC® suite: a universal profile for anyone in an organisation, regardless of role or seniority. Other products, like Agile EQ or Sales, build on this foundation with a specific focus area. Many teams start with Workplace and explore the wider suite from there.
