121 Sessions, Team and Group Workshops
I offer 121 and Team workshop sessions using the Everything DiSC Workplace® profile. Sessions online via zoom and in-person where possible.
121 debriefing & coaching session
Take the 20 minute Everything DiSC workplace assessment and have a 90 min to 2hr debriefing session with me to go through your profile. I offer this as a stand alone service or as part of an overall coaching programme.
Team or Group Workshop

Everything DiSC Workplace® is a classroom training and personalised learning experience that can benefit every person in the organisation – regardless of title or position, department or function – in building more productive and effective relationships at work. It teaches participants to understand themselves and others, while learning to appreciate the different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace. With personalised insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the workplace.

As a DiSC Certified Trainer, I take you through the DiSC process. We start by understanding your requirements and setting you up to take the DiSC assessment. Once you’ve taken the assessment you receive your personalised DiSC profile which we debrief together in a 2hr session or in workshop sessions if working with a team or group. There are optional follow-up resources such as the online Catalyst platform for further content and learnings about the DiSC profile.
