SHIFT is a transformational life coaching programme designed for High Performers looking to envision and work towards creating the life they want.

12 week one-to-one Coaching Programme

SHIFT is a 12-week one-to-one coaching programme that will help you to assess and take stock of where you are currently, get clear on your vision, purpose and goals, align with your values, focus on what’s important to you, develop a growth mindset, build resilience, uncover and tap into your strengths, improve productivity and create a clear action plan.

I work with clients who are ready to make a change. Behaviour change and forming new habits takes time and commitment to change.

My clients are dedicated to learning, development and growth and are motivated to change. I do not work with clients who are not ready for change and that includes prospective clients who have been asked to have coaching by their organisation but are not committed to change themselves.

How we can work together

The shift coaching programme is 12 x 90 minute one-to-one sessions, over 3 months (12 consecutive weeks).

Step 1

Book your Discovery Call – I only work with those who are highly motivated and committed to change. I start with a 30-minute discovery call to find out more about the change you want to make and determine if we’re the right fit to work together.

Step 2

The Sessions – in our weekly sessions, we’ll work on your vision, goals and game-plan for the upcoming year, as well as help you tap into your inner, authentic drive and resources. 

Step 3

Your Takeaways – At the end of each session you’ll come up with actions that will help you to move towards achieving your goals.

The SHIFT coaching programme includes:

  • Initial discovery call
  • 12 x 90 minute 1-2-1 sessions
  • Personal Development Plan
  • All coaching sessions are online via Zoom
