What is Everything DiSC® and how is it different from other personality tests?

Everything DiSC® is a research-backed psychometric assessment that measures behavioural style rather than personality type. Unlike tools such as Myers-Briggs (MBTI), it’s designed from the ground up as a practical workplace tool — focused on how you communicate, collaborate and respond under pressure. The insights it generates are directly applicable to how your team works day to day, not just interesting to read.

How long does the Everything DiSC® assessment take?

The online questionnaire takes around 15 minutes to complete. It’s straightforward, with no right or wrong answers – participants simply respond to a series of statements about how they prefer to work and interact. Results are available immediately.
