HOW IT WORKS
From assessment to workshop, in three steps
Everything DiSC® Management is delivered as a half-day workshop for your managers, in person or virtually. Here's what's involved.
1. The Assessment
Each manager completes a 20-minute online assessment ahead of the workshop. Adaptive questioning keeps the results precise and personal, and there's nothing to prepare.
2. The Profile
Every participant receives a 26-page personalised Everything DiSC® Management profile. It covers their management style, how they direct and delegate, how they motivate and develop others, and how they work with their own manager.
3. The workshop
The workshop brings each profile to life through practical, real-world application. On the day, managers also receive Comparison Reports, a Group Culture Report and a Team View, showing how their styles work together across the group.
Insights don’t gather dust. We close with clear, actionable next steps so the learning translates directly into your day-to-day teamwork.

What's the difference between Everything DiSC® Management and Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders?
Everything DiSC® Management focuses on the day-to-day work of managing people: delegating, motivating, developing others and working with your own manager. Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders is designed for people setting direction for a team or organisation, and looks at leadership at a more strategic level. Many organisations use Management for their managers and Work of Leaders for their senior team.
How long does the Everything DiSC® Management assessment take?
Around 20 minutes. It's completed online before the workshop, there are no right or wrong answers, and nothing needs to be prepared in advance.
Is Everything DiSC® Management suitable for first-time managers?
Yes, and it's often where it makes the biggest difference. New managers get a clear picture of their natural style early, before habits set in. Experienced managers find it just as useful, often recognising patterns they've carried for years.
Does the wider team need to take the assessment too?
No. Only the managers attending the workshop complete it. The profile shows them how to recognise other DiSC® styles through everyday behaviour, so they can adapt their approach with anyone on their team. If team members have already completed an Everything DiSC® assessment, Comparison Reports can add even more depth.
Does Everything DiSC® Management work for remote and hybrid teams?
Yes. The workshop can run in person or virtually, and the strategies in the profile apply just as well to managing people across locations and time zones.
