As an award-winning Founder, I am passionate about helping Visionary & purpose-driven Founders to make their vision a reality and to be the best leader they can be. They want to be able to navigate and adapt in a rapidly changing world.

Leadership Coaching
FOR SENIOR LEADERS LOOKING TO IMPROVE THEIR LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVENESS
All Leadership Coaching programs are tailored to your developmental requirements. Most begin with either behavioural interviews, an assessment such as a Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), DiSC behavioural preference, ECR Emotional Intelligence assessment or Strengths assessment – all are depending on the focus of the coaching.
Team Coaching

As an EMCC accredited Team Coach at Practitioner level, I provide team coaching for high performing senior leadership teams who want to go from ‘good to great’.
My main focus is working with start-up and scale-up leadership teams who want to take their team performance to the next level. However, I am also open to working with high performing leadership teams of established purpose-driven businesses who want to make a positive difference in the world.
I also offer a stand alone Team survey ‘health check’ and team debriefing session using the PERILL team diagnostic.
