WHY COACHING?

As an Entrepreneur, Business Leader or Change Maker you can face challenges on the journey to achieving your dreams. Coaching can help you to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. It can help you to achieve your business goals and improve performance.

MY APPROACH

I trained and qualified in Transformational Coaching with The Animas Centre for Coaching, in London.

Coaching is a conversation-based approach to moving someone from where they are to where they want to be.

Along the way, coaching creates clarity of purpose and direction, challenges limiting beliefs and self-talk, and encourages clients to move towards successful resolution of their issues, challenges and opportunities.

Coaching is a journey of reflection, discovery and self-awareness combined with action, motivation and goal orientation where required.

I have a non-directive, client-led coaching approach, which means that I support and facilitate you to identify your own answers and do not give advice. Coaching is forward focused and is not consulting or therapy.

As an Entrepreneurial coach,  I work with Entrepreneurs and Start-Up CEOs to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.

As an executive coach,  I work with executives to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.

LIFE  COACHING

I work with Private Clients who are committed to making a change in their life. I help take them from where there are now to where they want to be. Every client is different and has their own unique challenges and goals. I work with you to help unlock your potential and achieve the goals you want to achieve. I’m pleased to introduce a new Work-Life Coaching Programme.  Over and over again, I find my clients are looking to achieve a work-life balance. So, I developed a specific work-life balance coaching programme to help people to achieve balance in their lives.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Free Discovery Call

Book a free 30 minute consultation call. This session will give you a taste of what coaching is like with me and help to decide if we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss what you’re looking to achieve and you can ask all the questions you have about coaching and how I can help you.

2. Choose a Coaching Plan

I have a number of coaching programmes depending on your requirements. Some people and organisations work with me for a block of weekly sessions between 6 – 12 weeks, whilst others work with me over longer periods of time.

3. Coaching Sessions

I work to help clarify your goal, assess where you are currently, explore options and work towards achieving your goals with specific actions. From there, coaching helps you to unlock your potential, maximise your performance and work towards achieving your goals.

How Do I know If Coaching is Right For Me?

I only work with people who are committed to change and want to unlock their potential. Coaching is forward focused and client led – it is not therapy and I do not give advice. I work with you to help you to achieve your goals.

The Free 30 minute Discovery call helps me to determine if we are the ‘right fit’ to work together. Whilst I offer Coaching Programmes, each client is unique and the coaching approach I use is led by the client’s needs.

Taking action to achieve specific goals
During my coaching sessions, I work with clients to help them to take actions towards their goal. Many clients ask me to hold them accountable for completing these actions.
Challenging Limiting Beliefs and Self Talk
Along the way, coaching creates clarity of purpose and direction, challenges limiting beliefs and self-talk, and encourages clients to move towards successful resolution of their issues, challenges and opportunities.
Coaching is not consulting or therapy
Coaching is forward focused and is not consulting (I do not give advice) or therapy.
Client Led
Transformational Coaching is client led. It is believed that the client is creative, resourceful and whole – the client does the work.
Face to Face or Online Coaching Sessions
Depending on where you live, I offer both face-to-face sessions or online sessions via Skype or Zoom. I work with many international clients mainly via skype or Zoom (web conferencing).
