It’s a powerful, conversation-based approach that can help you gain more clarity of purpose and direction, challenge your limiting beliefs and self-talk, and encourage you to move towards successful resolutions of issues, challenges and opportunities. It focuses on creating well defined outcomes and managing personal change and is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
Coaching is a journey of reflection, discovery and self-awareness combined with an action, motivation, and goal-orientation.
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I blend my training in Transformational Coaching, NLP, Positive Psychology Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC Coaching), Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (AC Coaching) and Corporate Coaching, to deliver an integrated approach to coaching that combines performance based coaching with transformational coaching.
I have a non-directive, client-led coaching approach, which means that I support and facilitate you to identify your own answers and do not give advice. Coaching is forward focused and is not consulting, mentoring or therapy.
My Role as your Coach

WHAT IS TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING?
With transformational coaching, the coach helps the client to explore the underlying assumptions, beliefs, values, expectations, and attitudes that shape their experience of themselves, their world and other people.
This exploration begins, as with other styles of coaching, with the client bringing specific challenges, issues or aspirations to the table. But rather than focusing purely on resolving or achieving those, transformational coaching seeks to also explore what is at the heart of them. It is multi-disciplinary, having roots in traditional coaching techniques, but also using learnings and techniques drawn from neuroscience, psychotherapy, philosophy and psychology, to enable and sustain transformation.
WHAT COACHING ISN’T
Coaching is not therapy, mentoring or consulting and, is not a quick fix or silver bullet to a problem. My coaching is client-led, which means that I don’t give advice. I believe that you are creative, resourceful and whole and that you are the expert of your life.
