Resilience Coaching Programmes

My Resilience Coaching Programmes are for individual, teams and groups. I offer bespoke programmes and a comprehensive 14 module strengths-based resilience coaching programme. Both are designed to empower individuals with the skills, mindset, and strategies to navigate challenges, manage stress, enhance well-being and thrive in both personal and professional settings. The programmes focus on understanding resilience, fostering a growth mindset, improving self awareness and building a resilience practice.

In the rapidly changing world, Founders, Leaders and Leadership Teams face unique challenges that test their resilience and wellbeing.

My clients are at the helm of innovation and change, often working in environments with accelerated growth and uncertainty. The demands of leadership, constant decision-making, and the need to adapt and often pivot quickly can significantly impact their well-being and performance. In this ‘VUCA’ world, it is crucial for founders, leaders and teams to build and maintain resilience to lead themselves and others effectively and sustainably.

RESILIENCE PROGRAMME

Strengths-Based Resilience Coaching Programme

As a Resilience Dynamic accredited coach, I have developed a holistic strengths-based resilience programme drawing on different theoretical frameworks, models and resilience insights. These include two major concepts in positive psychology including PERMA (Martin Seligman’s Theory of Wellbeing) and Character Strengths, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Carol Dweck’s Growth Mindset work and the science and resilience interventions of the Resilience Dynamic.

14-Module Resilience Programme

The 14-module programme is an immersive experience for individuals, groups or teams and is typically held weekly or fortnightly. The programme is delivered online and/or in-person.

Particpants are encouraged to keep a gratitude journal throughout the programme..

What outcomes can I expect?

The 14-module strengths based resilience programme has been designed to help you achieve a number of learning and development outcomes. The programme will help you to gain a greater understanding of yourself and your relationship with others and to turn this understanding into beliefs, habits and actions that enable you to build a resilience practice. In the programme you will:

2. Learn about enablers and barriers to resilience

3. Develop a growth mindset, cognitive flexibility and adaptability

4. Improve self awareness

5. Manage your energy more effectively

6. Identify, understand, tap into and use your core strengths to build your resilience

7. Build essential personal and interpersonal skills

8. Focus on cultivating healthy interpersonal and community connections

9. Build a personal resilience practice
