WHAT IS WORK-LIFE BALANCE COACHING?

Over and over again, I find my clients are looking to achieve a work-life balance. So, I developed a specific work-life balance coaching programme to help people to achieve balance in their lives.

In our often hectic 21st Century lives, it can be challenging to juggle work and life demands. Work-Life balance can have a major impact on our sense of happiness and fulfilment but many people find it hard to make the adjustments to enable them to achieve a better quality of life.

MY APPROACH

I am a qualified Transformational Coach with The Animas Centre for Coaching.

Coaching is a conversation-based approach to moving someone from where they are to where they want to be.

Along the way, coaching creates clarity of purpose and direction, challenges limiting beliefs and self-talk, and encourages clients to move towards successful resolution of their issues, challenges and opportunities.

Coaching is a journey of reflection, discovery and self-awareness combined with action, motivation and goal orientation where required.

I have a non-directive, client-led coaching approach, which means that I support and facilitate you to identify your own answers and do not give advice. Coaching is forward focused and is not consulting or therapy.

Free Discovery Call

Book a free 30 minute discovery call. This session will give you a taste of what coaching is like with me and help to decide if we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss what you’re looking to achieve and you can ask all the questions you have about coaching and how I can help you.

Choose a Coaching Plan

During our discovery call, I’ll help you determine which of my 3 work-life balance coaching programmes may be right for you. The 3 programmes are designed to give people options to choose from. Some people even decide to work with me over longer periods of time.

Work-Life Balance

We work together to help you achieve more balance in your life. Across the sessions we identify your current commitments,  work on your work/life priorities, focus on what matters most, determine options for change and actions to make these changes in your life.
