5-Step Process

Stakeholder Centered Coaching® (SCC) is a structured and disciplined process, where a leader chooses a leadership goal and relevant stakeholders, who are recruited into the programme and used to help achieve a positive long-term change in leadership behaviour. Stakeholder Centered Coaching has a unique approach to Executive Coaching as it Guarantees Measurable Leadership Growth and follows an effective 5 step process including weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions.

1. Enhanced Interpersonal Relationships

  • Identify leadership development areas through a 360° stakeholder assessment.
  • Define one or two key leadership behaviors for targeted improvement.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage key stakeholders who regularly interact with the leader.
  • Gather ongoing feedback to track progress.

3. Feedforward & Action Planning

  • Implement feedforward conversations to gain insights on improvement.
  • Leaders take small, consistent actions to drive change.

4. Practice & Progress Tracking

  • Execute behavioural changes in real-time work scenarios.
