Ruth opens up about her personal journey as a leader, the challenge of understanding self in order to be who we are meant to be. We discuss the need for a balance of self-acceptance and personal responsibility and how this can positively impact our roles as leaders. On a more individual level, Ruth also talks about the importance of giving yourself space to grow and learn and the power and value of listening in the quiet to our gut feeling and intuition.

Ruth Kudzi is the founder of Optimus Coach Academy which she has run since 2019 alongside her own coaching and mentoring business since 2016. She’s passionate about personal development and has been studying Psychology since 1994 with a BA, MA and PGCERT as well as 1000s of hours of additional study. Ruth believes that the key to becoming who we’re meant to be lies in understanding ourselves first so we can be more conscious of how we interact with others and build more effective relationships. She loves coaching as a vehicle for this exploration and is a Master certified coach who has over 11,000 hours of coaching experience. Ruth is conscious of how her leadership has evolved from working for others to running her own business and how the experience has been completely different bringing new levels of awareness and consciousness to what she does.
