Episode 9: Matthew Cooke speaks about body-based wisdom to connect to our whole self.

Matthew Cooke, Facilitator, Speaker and Executive Coach who helps leaders through his body based breakthrough practice speaks to us about presence, connecting to consciousness and his body based work and connecting to the intelligence of the body to inform our leadership. We also touch on how bringing the experience of spirituality into leadership training still holds a taboo.

Matthew T. Cooke is a facilitator, speaker and executive coach who works exclusively with big-hearted tech leaders to grow their energy. Matthew has had the privilege of working with Snapchat, Dropbox, and Iterable, and has consulted with leaders from SpaceX, Google, Apple, Twitter, Slack, and teams from multiple industries, including marketing, media, and tech. Combining principles from neuroscience, biology, and personal performance strategies, Matthew helps leaders–and their teams–refocus, reconnect, and re-prioritize their lives. This is done through his proprietary process: Body-Based Breakthrough, which allows practitioners to harness the creativity, wisdom, and answers … from their body. Through the practice of Body-Based Breakthrough, Matthew’s clients master tackling complex problems with simple solutions, in order to contribute more at work and at home.
