Inaugral Episode

In January 2024, Emily & Johnny initially started their Leadership & Spirituality podcast before evolving it to become the Awakening Conscious Leadership podcast. In their first episode, they begin to have the inaugral conversation that sets the scene. They come to the realisation that they want to allow the conversations to unfold organically in each episode.

Emily and Johnny discuss the role of spirituality in leadership, emphasizing the importance of connection and deepening relationships in the workplace.

In this podcast, we’re in conversation with Fay Manvell, certified Executive coach, supervisor & mentor coach, lover of horses, equine facilitator and reiki practitioner. We ask Fay about her work as an equine facilitator enhancing compassion in leaders. Fay talks about the importance of self awareness, and connectedness, and how her work encourages vulnerability and empathy in her clients in their roles as leaders. We touch on the effectiveness of Reiki and how it connects with her love of coaching, leadership work and equine work.
